Thank you for considering Glendal Primary School for your child's primary school education. We always welcome enquiries from prospective parents/carers to discuss enrolment, the range of programs we offer, school life, student wellbeing and future pathways to secondary education. Interested parents are invited to contact our school office for details of enrolment and enrolment forms. An enrolment form must be filled out in detail so that in the case of an emergency parents can be contacted. Please advise the school if at any time the details on this form change.
We accept enrolments from the Melbourne area generally though presently, due to increased enrolments, are only accepting students from our immediate neighbourhood area. Please contact the school for details and available vacancies.
We prefer to assist prospective families with enrolment details and enquiries personally. Please contact our Enrolment Officer, Mrs Trish Richards via the school office. She will assist you with any questions and invite you to tour the school. Trish also has details regarding school starting age. Proof of date of birth must be produced. If your child was born overseas, proof of residency (visa) must be provided as well. Please note that enrolment forms can only be obtained in person from the school office and families must be living in Melbourne to be able access enrolment information.
Prospective parents and students are welcome to take a tour of our school with the Principal, Deborah Grossek. Tours are conducted every Tuesday at 9:30 am. Please contact the school office on 9803 1330 if you would like to make a booking, or just come to the school office located at the Nottingham Street entrance.
Our school has plenty of shady playing areas and a wall mural painted by all our children and an aboriginal artist.
